The Challenge
The manufacturer needed a reliable way to track breakdowns across every facility in Europe and the US, with clear visibility of how often issues occurred at each factory - and the flexibility to add new reports as needs evolved.
What We Did
We built a centralised breakdown-tracking and reporting baseline covering all sites in Europe and the US, with reports designed to show issue frequency by factory and further report variants derived from the main one - all on Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
