A leading regional digital marketplace group.
The group’s regional marketplaces ran on separate legacy systems, yet each market needed its own brand on a single product core. Feature rollout across markets was slow and complex, the platform had to be ready for AI matching and analytics, and the result had to hand over cleanly to the client’s own team.
We built a multitenant platform that runs many marketplaces as one, preserving per-market branding and customisation. The base is AI-ready for matching and recommendations, operations are centralised to cut duplicated maintenance, and the whole thing was handed over with full documentation and knowledge transfer.
A 9-member team - three backend, two frontend and two mobile developers, a DevOps engineer, a QA engineer and a project manager - working as a long-running partnership (an earlier joint launch in 2020) in co-development with the client’s product organisation. The multitenant architecture was defined up front, delivery was phased towards one unified platform core, and the engagement closed with a structured handover for operation and further build; launched and handed over in February 2026.
