The Challenge
Employees needed a simple, reliable way to access and update device information across a large facility. Appliances were tracked by hand - inefficient and error-prone - with no clear visibility of device history or maintenance actions.
What We Did
We built a mobile app on Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, with QR-code scanning for instant access to device details and maintenance history. It provides real-time inventory updates and records which employee performed each fix.
