The Challenge
Admin and user interactions for adding and removing assets were complex, asset failures and production quality were tracked by hand, and safety reporting plus calendar management needed daily detail and flexibility - along with overtime and weekly project-hour tracking with proper admin insight.
What We Did
We built a Power Apps solution integrated with Power Automate and SharePoint that handles asset entry and removal, employee failure reports and admin production/quality tracking. It adds a safety calendar with expandable daily reports and submission of extra safety measures, plus an overtime tracker and weekly project-hour entries with enhanced admin visibility.
