The Challenge
Retrieving client data from a web portal was manual and time-consuming. The team needed to extract key client details, enrich missing location fields, sometimes download and read a PDF when portal data was incomplete, and store finalised data consistently in SharePoint.
What We Did
We automated portal data retrieval with UiPath, extracting key client details straight from the web-portal UI and enriching missing location fields via an external API using ZIP code and city. Where information was missing, the automation downloaded and read a PDF from the portal, then saved finalised data into a SharePoint list as the system of record.
