The Challenge
The business needed to optimise delivery routes and mark all delivery locations for specific time windows. Manual route planning was inefficient and lacked real-time data, and information sat siloed in basic Excel tables that couldn’t scale.
What We Did
We built an application on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint that integrates delivery scheduling with geolocation from Maps, and migrated data from Excel into SharePoint for better management and scalability.
