Viktor has spent 25+ years leading global software engineering and delivery teams across the US and Europe. He is at his best translating advanced technology and AI from concept into something that genuinely works in the business. At AumentIQ he runs delivery - the people, the centres and the standards that make sure what we promise gets built.
Viktor has built and led engineering and delivery organisations on both sides of the Atlantic. He was CTO of ComTrade Group in Amsterdam and Delivery Technology Director in Slovenia, Director of Technology for Comtrade Digital Services in Dublin, and an innovation and technology manager at Endava's industry incubator in New York. Along the way he has modernised e-banking platforms and stood up global delivery across the US and Europe.
He holds an MSc in AI and evolutionary computing from the University of Ljubljana and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Belgrade.
