Jürgen is a former CIO of ZF Group, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances and Grundig and a founding board member of Catena-X. Today, he serves as Strategic Advisor to AumentIQ and lectures on Digital Transformation at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the University of St. Gallen, focusing on Data- and AI-driven business transformation.
Jürgen started at Daimler as an in-house consultant before becoming Head of Supply Chain for TEMIC, Daimler's semiconductor division, where he managed global automotive supply chains. He then spent more than 25 years as CIO of Grundig, BSH and ZF Group, driving digital transformation across some of Europe's largest industrial companies. As a founding board member of Catena-X, he helped shape the world's leading automotive data space ecosystem.
Doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) and M.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering, University of Erlangen–Nuremberg. Research focused on Computer Science, Automation and Production Technology (Industry 4.0).
