Hans brings 30+ years across private equity, investment and corporate finance, with a sharp focus on one thing: creating real value. He has led financial management, reporting and acquisition execution at the highest level - from McKinsey through to senior private equity roles. At AumentIQ he keeps the business financially disciplined and growth-ready.
Hans began in industry and moved to strategy at McKinsey & Company after his MBA, advising on turnarounds, M&A and exit strategy, before moving into private equity. He held investment roles at Waterland Private Equity and as a Partner at Egeria, and went on to lead Gryphion, a family investment platform - a career spent backing and scaling companies, and knowing exactly where value is made and lost.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD (with distinction) and an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
